Genevieve lives the life of a shy, neurotic book editor, avoiding her colleagues and trying to become the next ghostwriter for her publishing company’s most popular crime series. But no one, not even her therapist, knows that Genevieve is secretly battling dissociative identity disorder (DID). Although her life at home and in public is a constant struggle to avoid any stress that might trigger her dissociations, the series and its randomized depiction of DID begin to unsettle Genevieve as she is flooded with flashes of memories she had no hand in creating.
